Hi! I'm Britt Ritchie,
a doctorate-prepared integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes true healing happens when we look at the whole person—not just symptoms. I combine traditional psychiatry with modern, holistic tools to help you move beyond the cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout so you can reclaim your confidence, energy and joy.
My path into psychiatry is personal. Like many of the women I work with now, I looked high-achieving on the outside—but underneath, I battled depression, undiagnosed ADHD, and a constant feeling of not-enough. That lived experience drives the root-cause, integrative care I offer today.
