What ages do you work with?
I work with adults between the ages of 18 and 60. At this time, I do not provide care for clients under 18 or over 60.
How Much Does The 90-Day Reset Cost?
Pricing is discussed during your complimentary consultation after we determine which level is the best fit for you. I’ll walk you through my recommendation, what’s included, and the investment before you make any decisions.
Third-party costs for genetic testing, peptides, supplements and laboratory testing are not included in package pricing.

We start by getting the whole picture and identifying what may be contributing to how you feel. Then we put your treatment plan into action, closely monitor how you respond, make adjustments along the way, and create a plan to help you maintain your progress.
What Is Beyond The Rx?
Beyond the Rx is the between-appointment support included in every 90-Day Reset. Each week, you’ll have access to bite-sized, evidence-based therapeutic skills and practical tools for things like anxiety, stress, sleep, focus, energy, relationships, and everyday life.
What Happens After The 90-Day Reset?
Once you complete your Reset, ongoing care is available to maintain your progress and continue fine-tuning your treatment as your needs change. Ongoing care is available in packages of 4, 6, or 12 appointments.
